- 1.Our Neon Signs have different options for size and backing. Standard sizes are 17x13, 19x15, 20x16, 18x18, 24x24 and 24x31. Price varys according to sizes. Clear & white backing come default white accessories. Backing needs extra charge.
- 2.If you have a personal design and want to make it a real Neon Light Sign, Welcome to contact us! Standard metal size of our neon sign is 17x13. Real neon tube is smaller than it's metal frame, the aim of this design is to avoid breakage of as much as possible.
- 3.We are responsible for damage or defective problem during one year. Pictures will be required in order to repair or replace for your neon sign. Usually if the sign is not heavily damaged, we will provide replacement parts and instructions(video) to help repair.
- 4.We always choose good quality materials. But please understand the degree of neon tube's thickness depends on neon sign's size and design. not price of material. The smaller the neon sign is, the thinner the neon tube is. Usually we will use 6mm or 7mm glass tubes for a 17" x 13" inch neon sign. Because if we use neon tubes(thicker than 7mm), the tube will be broken in production process.
- 5.You can choose your favorite color for your neon sign. We have acrylic backing options for neons signs. You can choose to add black, clear or white acrylic backing for your neon sign. We have special power supply that can control brightness of signs. Backing and special power supply needs extra charge. Welcome the consultation.
