But both are beautiful. (Yes, I ordered the blue thinking it was a "gun-metal blue" - which is actually more black than blue - based on the picture. ) The blue is a lovely deep blue sky shade - great if that is what you want.But the seller exchanged for the black that I wanted.They are big and heavy. Bigger than 'standard' that most are probably used to, so be sure you are okay with that. But the size gives them an elegance suitable for fancy entertaining. Even though the price means they are okay for everyday use too.

Really nice color and shape but I only used them one time cuz when I was done I washed them and they got scratched and they look ugly. And one of the spoons I left it to dry but it started to rust at just one day of purchase.

Update in 2020:Some of the blue on my spoons has worn off. That's disappointing. Downgraded to three stars now.Original review in 2018:Beautiful cutlery. Solid weight. Easy to wash, too. No water spots. But the pieces are a bit longer than your standard flatware - I wasn't expecting that.

When I held it for the first time I loved it. There is only a size difference of about 3/4 inch between the large and small spoons/forks. When taking them out of the dishwasher sometimes you find that wasn't quite enough to get them clean (depending on what you do beforehand). Taking right to the drawer you have to look twice to be sure you match them in their place correctly. Scooping hard ice cream is no problem with these. The smaller spoon of this set more the size of a tablespoon in most other sets. We got 3 sets of these for a service of 12 then contacted uniturkey and found they had a still smaller spoon and ordered 12 of those. Set complete. A word of caution with these: if you put these in the dishwasher business end up be careful taking them out. The "butter knives" are rather sharp. I cut my finger once unexpectedly.

The quality of these is nice. The set doesn’t include spoons appropriate for eating with...they’re the equivalent of medium size serving spoons; bigger than both teaspoons and tablespoons. Forks are also oddly oversized.You’ll need 4 sets even if you don’t mind not having matching spoons to use and it’s not worth over $100 for this set.Return goes back to China and you have to pay shipping and then rcv a refund on shipping. I still haven’t sent them back so can’t say if reimbursement happens or not.

The matte finish is beautiful and the design is unique and modern. It is prone to water marks, so just wipe off after washing. I love that it came with sharp steak knives too. I put mine in the dishwasher and have no issues. Very happy, worth the price.

Nicely made. The finish seems to be durable (this was a concern when I ordered) my only real complaint is the table spoons are as big as serving spoons and the tea spoons are the size the table spoons should be. The knives are great as well as the forks.

These are so beautiful. They are perfect size fir my larger female long fingers. They are mostly teal and purple which is exactly my colors. I found less expensive sets after i purchased these and was going to return until i had them in my hand! I am going to get complete set next
