Good Value
I've been using the SanDisk Ultra Fit 128GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive for a few years now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance and convenience. The drive's compact design is a standout feature—about the size of a wireless mouse receiver—which makes it incredibly discreet and perfect for leaving plugged into a laptop, car stereo, or smart TV without sticking out or getting in the way. Its sturdy build ensures it can handle daily use, and the plug-and-play capability means it worked instantly on both my Windows PC and LaptopThe transfer speeds are solid, averaging around 130 MB/s read speeds, thanks to USB 3.1, enabling quick movement of large files. The 128GB capacity offers plenty of space for documents, movies, and media backups, making it ideal for on-the-go storage needs. However, a couple of minor points to consider: during heavy use or large transfers, the drive can get warm, but it hasn't impacted its performance or durability. Also, because of its tiny size, it’s easy to misplace—adding a keychain loop or some form of attachment could be helpful. Despite that, it's a small trade-off for such a high-capacity, high-speed device.Overall, I highly recommend the SanDisk Ultra Fit for anyone seeking a reliable, portable, and fast USB drive. Just be mindful of its small size, and you'll have a fantastic storage companion at a great value

Great USB flash drive.....i added to my mac and has a new life and extra space
The SanDisk 512GB Ultra Fit USB 3.2 Gen 1 Flash Drive is a compact and efficient storage solution. Its slim design allows it to fit snugly into a USB port without sticking out, making it perfect for laptops and desktops where space is at a premium. In terms of performance, the drive boasts impressive read speeds of up to 400MB/s, which is great for quickly accessing files. However, some users have reported slower write speeds, averaging around 10-15MB/s, which can be frustrating when transferring large files. The drive is also praised for its durability and reliability. Many users appreciate its ability to store a significant amount of data, including photos, videos, and music. It’s compatible with various operating systems,On the downside, the thin plastic construction might feel flimsy to some, and the small size can make it easy to misplace. Additionally, the lack of a protective cover means extra care is needed to prevent damage. The SanDisk 512GB Ultra Fit USB 3.2 Gen 1 Flash Drive is a solid choice for those needing a reliable and compact storage solution, though it may not be the fastest option for large file transfers.

Inconsistent transfer speeds
I picked this drive because I wanted something high-capacity with a small physical size. This fits both requirements. For the most part, the drive works well. However, I've noticed a few oddities that I'll mention here.1. Sometimes the drive doesn't work with some OTG adapters and Android devices. I use the drive to transfer media to tablets and this drive will occasionally not be recognized. If I use the same OTG adapter with a different USB drive and the same tablet, I don't run into any problems so I don't think it's the OTG adapter.2. I have a Samsung TV that supports USB drives and this particular drive will sometimes disconnect from the TV, sometimes in the middle of playing a movie/show. It comes back, but I haven't experienced this with any other USB drives.3. When transferring content from Windows, the transfer speeds are all over the place. This isn't a big issue if I'm just copying files, but I haven't tried to work with data directly off the drive. I'm not sure how direct video playback would behave. These issues aren't deal-breakers. I can work around them without too much hassle. This could also be just isolated to the drive I have. I haven't experienced any data loss (yet).Caveat emptor!

Great but too much plastic. My review explains
Can’t believe mine has held up for four years. I bought another variation yesterday, same 512gb size (I think it’s called the Fit). It’s semi replacing this one from 4 years ago. The shell of the USB input gradually and eventually did break off. I think they messed up by keeping that part plastic. Drive still works fine but I just keep it in my Xbox to keep it safe. I will copy a lot of this drive onto my new one. But this flash works great. Just be delicate with it.

Runs great as a Live USB!
I’m running Kali Linux Live USB with persistence on here (meaning it saves all the work I use on a different OS aside from windows/mac) all on this small little USB. It has great quality and runs amazing for its size, which seriously impressed me. Super compact and worth every dollar.
