Nice box
I like this box! I was looking for something to house some electronics outside and this fits the bill nicely. The plastic is easy to machine, it's not brittle at all. The pictures don't show it but there's a nice little o-ring gasket around the top of the box that should do a great job keeping out water. Other posters mentioned that theirs wasn't continuous but the one on my box is. Maybe I stretched it a little while installing it? The mounting flanges on the bottom mean I don't need four more holes in the bottom of the box to mounted it. The attachment of the top to the bottom of the box is a good news/bad news situation. The good news is that the cover screws mate with brass inserts in the bottom part of the box so you can tighten the screws down to compress the o-ring gasket. The bad news is that the holes into which the brass inserts reside go all the way through, thereby potentially exposing the bottom of the inserts to weather. Four blobs of silicone sealed them nicely however.

Good little waterproof box
This came with a small gasket that you'll need to stretch into the groove around the box. It will take you a couple of times to get the distance right as it stretches quite a bit and is easy to stretch too much. I managed to get it so that the two ends were just wedged into each other but not overlapping.I also tested this by sinking it in water. I was a little concerned that it might not be as waterproof as described since the lid slightly bows upward on the longer sides. It is a very slight bow, but water needs very little gap to seep in. After 4 hours I pulled it out and it was bone dry inside so I was happy about that. The reason for 4 stars is that the screws started to rust in that short time. So I would advise getting stainless screws for the lid. It did not come with mounting screws, so depending on your application you'll need something for that.

Perfect for what I have in mind
Very nice box. I ordered this to mount a wireless security camera on. The box does not have knock-outs, but it drills very well - no cracks.I like the fact that it is water proof, because I will be running 120VAC into it to run the camera. I'll need to install a duplex outlet and secure all the camera wires inside. Plenty of room for what I need. The gasket has been mentioned in several other reviews. I had no problem with the length, in fact I had to trim about an inch off of it. Perhaps not all of the gaskets are cut to the same size. I'll do a picture after I get it installed this week.

It’s ok at best
I used this box for what I bought it for. It’s cheap and flimsy. It supposedly has 4 stainless steel screws. I lost one of the screws and bought a zinc one at the local hardware because they didn’t have stainless mm screws. Coincidentally it is the only screw hole without rust leaking out of it. They call it white but it looks gray in comparison to the rest of the white accessories I attached to it and the white siding it is attached too.

Easy way to install the gasket.
This inexpensive box is well made. It's far better put together than I was expecting. I just ordered five more of them.Several reviewers complained/commented on the fact that the gasket is not a ring and requires several attempts to stretch it to just the right length when installing.I found that if you begin by placing the two ends of the gasket together and press them into the grove at the bottom of the lid then work it into the groove in two directions simultaneously around the lid, it goes in quick and easy the first time.

Missing Parts Uxcell is unhelpful
I currently don't like this product as it showed up with no gaskets. Needed these to protect my Gen control through the storm that is currently passing. I contacted Uxcell and they just shoved me towards talking to amazon. I'm rather busy so I would have given 3 stars if Uxcell would have helped me with the issue. It is surely the fault of uxcell as they are the ones that package in gaskets.Box seems ok otherwise... At least for the price. Just don't order if you need it soon... you could get tied up waiting for gaskets for.... who knows how long?

The cases don't seal all the way. The plastic ...
The cases don't seal all the way. The plastic top is not rigid enough -- with the gasket installed, the pressure from the gasket is enough to bulge the top out in the middle no matter how tight you make the four corner screws. This needs screw posts in the center of the long sides to be effective.

Nice box
This box is actually nice it has screw slots in it to screw stuff to it with out running screws through the casing in the back the water proof rubber band that goes around the lid is short though i have no idea what they was thinking there but you can only stretch rubber so far with out it getting thinner. Best off to put the gap at the bottom if your going to use it outside
