Getting the App to work...
So, for you with Apple devices, it takes some doing.First: be sure you have reset the chip per online instructions. Apparently, the issue is that some of these left the factory tested, but still have the 'test' wireless router assigned to it. So you HAVE to reset the chip.iPhone App: Device with IOS 8-12.2 (irc) So, my old 6 was too old, my 8-current was too new. I didn't have the 7, so could not test it. Sure... you can install on (almost) any generation, but it's not going to work.iPad App: This is how I got it to work, I dug out an old iPad 3rd Gen. Have not tried any others.Wireless Router: The case's wireless chip is TINY = you better be right next to your router. Within 3 feet. And your iPhone / iPad must be connected to a 2.4ghz signal. I dug out an ancient Apple Basestation, made a new network via the Cat6 going to my desk, and literally placed the router inside the case and the iPad in top.Tip: You know it's going to work if, in the app's wireless section, your router shows up. If it looks like you still have to type in the name, it's probably not working.Verdict? App is pretty cool, but basic. It was worth it to me to go through the trouble. Mileage may vary.

Only cool kids buy this case
Man, what a case. This thing is gigantic, and extremely sexy. It has built in water loop holes, solid placement for lots of water cooling, and is in my opinion the sexiest case on the market. The app isn’t as great, but you don’t need it too much if you are gonna be routing the rgb into the motherboard. One caveat I have is the placement of the temperature gauge for the control of the intake flaps (panels?) is in the back of the motherboard area. If you are going to be making use of the gpu bay I seriously suggest moving this wire up to there, so that way you will actually work towards cooling something that really needs it.

AVOID Quadstellar due to app functionality
If i could give this 0 stars, i would. And allow me to explain why. TLDR at the end.The dreaded fan/vent/leds controlled by their app:While i loved the look and wow factor of this case, the WiFi control board is what killed it for me. I was unable to get mine to sync with my network. I scoured the web looking for help and found people saying you can hold a reset button on this board till the lights cycle through all 7 colors (6 seconds), and then try the app again. This did not work for me, and not only that but the lights changed to just a blue breathing effect after attempting to connect. Without being able to sync this app with the case, i can not control the vents (cant open them, and cant replace filters due to that), cant control the LED lighting, and cant control the fans. I contacted support to see if they could at least tell me why it was not connecting, or if they had any other advice for me to try.Support:Their support is one of the worst i have worked with (and like some of you, i'm an IT professional that works with many different supports on a daily basis). When explaining my issue to support they suggested the reset function i already attempted. I explained that had already been done, and they asked me to try sharing a hot spot from a phone, connect to it with another phone, and attempt to use the app then to connect it to the hotspot network. Not only that, but they wanted me to record the entire process and send it to them so they could troubleshoot. At this point i thought they might actually get something fixed since they were going to this much trouble trying to troubleshoot, however that is where all my hopes and dreams with this case died. I did not receive a response to my videos and troubleshooting steps for days. After complaining to their main support line and filing a complaint to the seller, they finally responded saying they were working on it only to have them respond a day later saying it appears to be functioning correctly (yet clearly the app was not connecting to the case, it would scan but never find it). When i directly asked them about the blue breathing effect, they would never answer me as to what that means. I even tested with two different phones so they couldn't say it was my phone but this did not help. From here the only responses i would get would be suggesting the same troubleshooting steps over and over again, and to send them a PDF format of the invoice, and serial number of the case itself so they could possibly process a replacement (though they said it was not the cases fault). After trying out another case with the same issues, i gave up and ordered another case entirely from another company. After my experience, i refuse to order any cases or products from Deepcool ever again.TLDR: Make sure you try to sync the case with the app BEFORE putting your parts in. If you have the trouble i had, return it before going through several computer rebuilds like i did. But if you ask me, just save the trouble and order another case.

The tooling to manufacture this case must have cost a fortune! Absolutely awesome case!!
Update:Received my new replacement. Everything is perfect, including the Gamestorm Quadstellar app to control. If you reroute the case's temp sensor to the GPU compartment, the electronic doors will open automatically. Mine do it when my 2080ti reaches 56C.Amazing case. Definitely a stunner! Motorized front panels are awesome, along with tempered glass panels. For some reason there is a pop sound coming from the lower right motherboard panel only when opening. I am working with Deepcool support(Amy) to resolve. She is very responsive. Also if you are using the main bottom(inverted) pcie for 1080ti, you will need a very flat Display Port cable.

Amy from customer support was absolutely awesome to deal with
First time customer. Purchased a Deepcool Quadstellar case on launch day here in USA. Case is just absolutely phenomenal build quality, and had no issues fitting my Asus ROG Zenith Extreme board, AMD Threadripper 1950x, Artic 360mm AIO liquid freezer cooler or dual Titan Xp's.Reached out to customer service to order an additional PEC300 adapter for connecting my second GPU for SLI (case includes one), and they got the second cable to me in under 4 days. Amy from customer support was absolutely awesome to deal with!Very happy! Highly recommend!

Perfect if you have a spot for it.
I absolutely love this case. The amount of storage for everything I have is phenominal.Cable management is a breeze.Glass panels are strong and are tinted perfectly.Panels work as intended and do allow for more airflow when you want to kick the fans on high.Colors are perfect and the app was super easy.Well done Deepcool.

Deepcool Quadstellar

Beautifull but some nasty flaws...
Looks beautiful but with some flaws...Not pairing with recent ios devicesPairing difficultRiser cable caused tons of issues to get work with my motherboard. Be aware that if your notherboard has pcie gen 4 you will have to change the config to gen 3 to work with the riser cable
