I refitted my bathroom buying all new towels in Navy Blue. The towels were VERY linty through Id say the first six washes or so. They are soft and absorbent and there has been minimal shrinkage. I wash them in medium size loads, using 1 Tide Free and Clear pods, a half cup of baking soda, with a tablespoon of washing soda. The baking and washing soda help soften our extremely hard water. For rinse I use either the Lysol or Clorox Non-Bleach sanitizing rinse. My only regret is the towels have faded quickly, after only 7 months and don't have the deep rich color they previously did. In fact, I've thought about trying to dye them darker. So I'd definitely would buy these again, but I'd stick to white or a light color.

I love this RED set. It's nicely made, so fluffy and so absorbant! I washed them before using them. I laid the wet washcloth on the edge of the bathtub. My brand new ivory cloth shower curtain had pink stains. Oh my gosh. Now what? Mrs. Meyer's spray cleaner took it right out. I washed the set two more times before the washer water was clear. Life is good! I would absolutely buy again.

Purchased these for our guest bathroom. I was a little disappointed with how thick they were. The towels are more on the thin side. They are soft enough though and after a couple of washes the vibrant color no longer bleeds. There is very little lint after drying. Not a bad value if you are looking for some pretty towels for a seldom used guest room.

I bought these for use in our guest bath, where they will get limited use. When I opened the package, I thought I'd end up giving these thin, flat towels to my husband to use as car towels. I'm glad I decided to wash them a few times anyway because they transformed into pretty nice towels! I washed first with my usual detergent and a cup of vinegar hoping to set the dye. The amount of lint after drying was alarming! I put the towels through 4 more wash/dry cycles using no detergent. After 5 total cycles, I found the lint residue to be about the same as I'd find with my years old towels, with no fading. Amazingly, the towels got fluffier and fluffier with each wash and left no lint on my wet body when I tested one. If you don't mind investing the time it takes to make these towels usable, I don't think you can beat them in value and price. They Iook lovely hanging in my guest bath and I would order them again.

Saw a review about needing to wash multiple times due to lint; we started with a few quick washes then one full wash. Soooooo much lint! Still linty! But definitely improving. Overall the quality of the towels seems very good. Wondering if the “de-linting” will stabilize or if these will just eventually wash down the drain entirely. If they aren’t complete garbage in a few months I’ll likely be back for more.

I was lead to this brand while searching for the “Royal Velvet” brand I used to buy at JC Penneys. Obviously not made anymore. But these are very nice, well sewn, nice & fluffly, without being too thick. The color (beige) is very close to picture. For the price, an excellent purchase. Washed all before using, came out looking like new!

I have been looking for towels that came in lots of color options to buy each of the 4 kids their own set in their own color. No more trying to figure out who's towel is who's. I was looking at more expensive options and came across an article that recommended these towels. They are great quality and well made for the price!

I am very pleased with these towels they are very soft. They are large and heavy enough without being too bulky. I also love the color. I also bought the matching rug, it’s small and thin but it is absorbent and doesn’t slip.

These towels shed bits like they're throwing confetti, Even after several washes! When I dry my hair after a shower they leave bits in my hair that are hard to get out. And they are smaller than advertised. The 27x54 inch towel is actually 26x50 inch, and the 16x28 inch towel is actually 15x25 inch - may not sound much but it's surprising how much difference it makes.
