I like everything about the Balsamic Vinegar Spray. The taste is great and the fact that you can spray out just what you need is a real treat. I first saw the spray vinegar bottle when I was spending time in France. It was so easy to mix a bit of oil on a salad and spray on the vinegar. This is the only example I have been able to find in the states. Love it!

I picked up the Ellora Farms Balsamic Vinegar Spray because I really enjoy their olive oil and figured I'd give the balsamic spray a try. The first thing I noticed is that the vinegar is thinner than I thought it would be. Initially that normally gets me to pre-judge the vinegar because thinner to me usually means that it tastes more like red wine vinegar than it does balsamic. That's not the case with this brand. It doesn't taste like a cheap balsamic at all. It's got a really good taste.The pump works well but disperses a small amount. If you're someone who likes their balsamic then you'll be doing more pumping. The taste is there so I think the only issue balsamic lovers will have is the viscosity. If you like good balsamic then you're used to drizzling a thick vinegar. You'll miss the glaze feel but the taste here does a good job of trying to make up for that. Recommended for balsamic vinegar lovers who need a good back up for the expensive stuff. Will order again.
