Solid design, sturdy to hold, and the blades that came with it are of a higher quality than other scrapers that cost more. The blades are thick, sharp, and not wavy or flimsy.This is truly the best way to clean windows. No messy chemicals or paper towels or newspapers, and no streaks. It just shaves the dusty film off neatly and it blows away in the wind.Another great thing I've used this for is cleaning up excess paint when I was touching up my front door with all the little windows in it. I could be as sloppy and paint as quickly as I wanted, getting paint on the window panes because I knew once it dried, this tool would clean up all the excess paint that made it on the glass. Excellent tool for the job.If there is one thing I would like that this tool doesn't offer, it'd be built-in spare blade storage. The locking mechanism takes up most of the handle, so by design, that would be difficult to include as a feature. Speaking of the locking mechanism, I found it to be quite solid and locks firmly in place.

This couldn't be further from a good quality scraper. Purchased to scrape glass, it scratched the glass. The edge is not actually sharp like a razor blade, its dull and squared off. I was surprised to see this... Was hoping for a wide razor blade like surface but its far format.

This did absolutely nothing to scrape the glue off of my mirrored doors.

It does everything I needed to. It does feel cheaply made. I also do not like the fact that there is no cap to cover the blade and nowhere to store the extra blades. Very worth the money.

Works well, just make sure girlfriend puts the blade in the correct way.

I use these for cleaning up paint on windows, and they work wonderfully for that, and all sorts of glass cleaning. In this case, I bought this for the most-often used use - Aquariums! I have multiple aquariums, and periodically I like to clean the glass inside and out. The all-plastic construction is perfect, I just use it on the aquariums, drop the blade out and dry it off, and I once again have crystal-clean glass. I would advise against trying it on acrylic aquariums, however.
