This iron works really well and heats up quickly. It smooths out wrinkles easily and leaves clothes looking neat and fresh. The steam function is strong and helps with tough fabrics. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and does the job perfectly. Great quality for the price—I’m very satisfied with it!

Nice improvement over my old iron that bit the dust. Noticeably ligher than my old iron. Controls are easy to read and understand. Spray function works well.

Overall I am satisfied with the product even i faced a major problem.The problem was that it stopped working after 35 days. This was a big disappointment because i was over 5 days of my 30 days return time. Amazon refused to accommodate and they asked me to contact the vendor. And contacting the vendor for warranty was another big hassle, after almost 20 calls i was able to take hold of someone who was actually responsible of handling warranty claims.At first she asked me to pay $12 as delivery charges for a $19 Iron but then she realized it is not fair so she sent replacement of my iron in warranty free of cost.Masha Allah, it is working fine since then.Update: The Iron again gone bad at the end of December 2023. Since it was in the warranty so i contacted them again for the warranty claim. They accepted the claim and like the last time they asked to pay delivery charges but after the same argument they waived off the delivery charges.Since it has gone bad two times during the warranty so the quality is not so good. The edge is it is under warranty so got it replaced.Now Overall i am not satisfied with the performance/ quality.Suggestion: Simplify your warranty procedure.

Excellent and reliable quality

Pros: The cable cord is retractable which I loved since save you space and helps to keep it better while you storage it.Cons: The vapor does not come out like in a good way when you use it vertically or maybe is just my expectation, also you cannot even fill it up until the maximum level indicated since the water drops out of the iron, it needs to be lower than the maximum level.

It took me awhile to realize this iron is worthless. I purchased this exact iron 3 times over the past 2 years. The last one only lasted 3 months. I finally am over it and won't buy it again. If you choose to, I suggest that you buy a protection plan. I didn't.Here are the things that happened:The little white button broke completely off twice.It stopped while I was using it for only 10 minutes and became completely cold.The cord became stuck inside the iron and I couldn't pull it out again.Despite being "non stick" something did manage to stick to the bottom. Which I never could clean off.

They should have designed this much better. The retractable cord is in the wrong spot and winds up under the iron. The water tank fills opposite how you would fill an iron
