BEWARE: Bitten not once but TWICE by Jumper - LEARNED MY LESSON - RETURNING EVERYTHING !!!
2 RETURNS In 2 WEEKS - YOU'D THINK I WOULD HAVE LEARNED THE FIRST TIME !!!LESSON 1:I carefully watch VERY RECENT (less than 2 months old) videos all CLAIMING that the Jumper T16 was "the future"...... only to to ORDER the T16 and then learn literally the next day that the T16 has been DISCONTINUED :-OLESSON 2:I carefully watch MORE RECENT (less than 2 WEEKD old) videos all CLAIMING that the Jumper T18 was "the NEW future, the HOT new item, the AMAZING transmitter that will be the only one you EVER need..."... only to RECEIVE my new T18 and watch helplessly as I boot it up repeatedly only to see "NO SD CARD" message - OUT OF THE @#$%^& BOX - with absolutely ZERO SUPPORT of any kind on the Jumper-rc.com website :-(- NO Q&A section...- NO Support explaining how to resolve this issue...- NOT EVEN A DAMN OWNERS MANUAL !!!OK Jumper - I'VE LEARNED MY LESSONGOING FORWARD I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER JUMPER PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.JUST ordered the new RadioMaster TX16s (arriving in 2 weeks) as proof I'm NOT buying YOUR products ever again.In fact, the ONLY thing you've EARNED Jumper is me spending time WRITING THIS WARNING TO OTHERS TO NOT TRUST ANYTHING POSTED ON YOUR PRODUCTS, BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR PRODUCT MIGHT HAVE BEEN... the REALITY IS THAT RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW YOUR PRODUCT IS CRAP.And there are just too FEW days in the summer to tolerate lies, lies and more lies.-Mark in North Aurora IL

Really like this radio!
Wow. So far very pleased with this new Jumper t18 pro. Little bit of a learning curve but once you get it, it works well.Seller was helpful with initial firmware update that was needed to power up. Thanks.

NEVER AGAIN
I ordered a $250.00 radio. When I received it, the screen was messed up. I returned the radio and was issued a refund of $0.01 cents!!! WTH!
