I purchased this bleach with the 20 vol L'Oreal developer to highlight my hair. I did 2 strand tests for the maximum recommended time of 50 minutes (without heat). There was absolutely no change to the color of my hair. I contacted the seller, but since it was past the 30 days from my purchase they will do nothing. This product was a huge waste of time and money and the seller apparently does not stand behind it. If you purchase it, be sure to test it immediately upon arrival. Very disappointed.

Horrible product!

It worked well for me. I have gray and bleached hair & wanted it to be "whiter". I used it with 40 developer for an hr. with no adverse effects and it's almost there. Now I need to add a toner. But it was reasonably priced and did the trick, Thanx L'Oreal!

I was very excited to purchase this product as it came recommended for hairdressers who often use the Balayage technique for highlighting hair. Yes it is dust free because it already comes in a somewhat pasty texture in the jar. You have to add your developer in increments or else it will render a clumpy texture, but that is the case with most bleaches... I will have to say that I was very disappointed with my purchase... it was not easy to balayage with this bleach, it did not spread ino a creamy silky texture like I was hoping for... also after 15 minutes of the bleach sitting in the bowl it turned into a foamy texture kind of like when you leave bleach sitting in a bowl for two hours... so I remixed more and again within 5 or 10 minutes it turned into a foamy texture and I thought it was very overpriced for the amount that you got... it probably cost twice if not three times as much as most bleaches that are better for balayage like Goldwell or Schwarzkopf powder bleaches.

Justo antes de todo el caos del coronavirus me decoloré el pelo por primera vez en años.Cuando ya llevábamos casi un mes de cuarentena tenía unas raíces kilométricas y tuve que aventurarme a decolorarme en casa.Aposté por este producto porque la marca me daba una cierta seguridad. Junto con este producto, compré el bote de Oxidant 6%.Seguí las instrucciones al milímetro porque me daba miedo freírme el pelo. Como sólo era retoque de raíces el proceso fue más rápido. Mi pelo no quedó chicloso no excesivamente dañado pero también lo hidraté mucho antes y después de la decoloración.Me encantó el producto y sin duda dentro de poco me va a tocar volver a hacer retoque. Un acierto!

Meine Haare sind fast schwarz 3/0 also dunkelbraun, aber fuer einen Laien eben schwarz. Ich faerbe die Haare nun schon drei Jahre mit Dunkelbraun, und wie es nunmal so ist, will man halt wieder eine Veraenderung. Im Internet habe ich mich schlau gemacht welche Blondierung die schondendste ist. Hab zwar Pulver daheim, aber das steht schon lange rum und war immens billig. Hatte damit schon Straehnen gemacht, allerdings war das Ergebnis solala.Das Produkt kam gestern, allerdings von einem anderen Anbieter.Ich habe außerdem den passenden Developer dazubestellt mti 9%. Habe nun schon Straehnen gemacht, und was soll ich sagen, ich bin sowas von begeistern. Die Straehnen wurden goldblond, mit einem Gelbstich was ich uebertoene weil ich Hellbraun-Bereich 7/75 bleiben moechte.Das Zeug war gerade mal 20min! drauf. Und das Ergebnis war perfekt, zudem ist mein Haar noch dran, und es wurde kaum angegriffen. Guenstig ist es ebenfalls, wollte zuerst beim Friseurbedarf ein anderes, teures Blondierpulver kaufen, aber das kostete 50! Euro, ohne Wasserstoffperoxid, außerdem wars noch eine andere Marke die man bei Amazon guensiger bekommt als das Produkt von Loreal. Somit hab ich wieder mal hier bestellt, und werd solche Dinge nur noch bestellen.Wie gesagt, fuer alle die ihre Haare heller bekommen wollen, sollten hier zugreifen. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen, das beste Produkt das ich bis jetzt probiert habe. Zudem noch sehr, sehr guenstig
