Cheap quality
The chopper shape and size is useless. The blades are apart in height so hardly onions get chopped properly and if you apply strength to cut it more, then the string stays pulled out and do not go inside. Totally worthless!!!!

Poor quality. Rope pulling mechanism is very dicey as the rope gets struck often. This happens within 3 weeks of buying.

take care of packaging next time..not good at all.
easy to clean, easy to use, blade sharp, saves time, plastic quality good too, no noise smooth rotation. but product came with lots of scratches on its body which was not expected.
