Nice product. Wood quality is very good. The product is showing the class of Furniture World. Really appreciable product in this price range.But one thing I need to mention is, I ordered for "Teak finish" but got "Rosewood finish". And moreover some parts of the total set is of Glossy finish but some parts are of Matt finish... I don't think this is the style but it is carelessness of the carpenter who has done the polishing....

Simple,good design & easy to assemble, nicely packed but that is about all ;1.Three seater sofa has two seat cushions with quite a gap in middle making it inconvenient for a third person to sit.No response on being pointed out.2.Cushions are not slightly on harder side. Only 4 inch thick including covers3.Standard of polish is poor and it is not unform4.Number of cracks,knots,cuts etc in wooden frame hidden/covered by polish but visible to discerning eye and will be visible to all once polish starts wearing off.5.ordered an additional one seater and centre table direct from manafacturer & got two sides of different seats which did not fit properly. Big cracks on two sides of table visible just after a few days. No response on pointing out.6.Overpriced, based on quality of material and workmanship.7.No guarantee of whatsoever type offered.8. Not a so good choice.

Wood work is good, cushions are weak.very difficult to assemble. Some parts were not as per size. Overall it is costly.

Wooden material is very good. Lookwise very good. Receive item as per order. Service is very good. Customer support provided by company is very responsive.
