I bought this as a gift for my dad on his birthday. He was very happy with the razor. He usually buys the cheap ones and I felt they didn't do such a good job. So I decided to order him this razor so he could have something better and a close shave. The refills lasted him for a whole year. He was very happy with the nice shave he would get every day. And not only that he looked forward to getting another set for his birthday.

I needed new blades, so I thought I'd try this five bladed razor. I was impressed. It actually was easier to shave. It seemed sharper and the shave was closer.Note: I only shave what a real man should - being my face, not down by the twig and berries.

Gillette is good but I did not receive all the cartridges shown. It says 12 but I only got half that is why I rated a 3.
