This came to my doorstep. I must say I was very impressed. I caught it on sell . It seems like it will definitely hold a person over 600lbs. If not then lights out, however you won’t be disappointed.

The item arrived double boxed in Amazon packaging, so it was totally discreet. It is heavy, and feels solid. Definitely nice quality. The leather is very thin, however, making it susceptible to tearing. My item arrived with a torn corner on the leather, which was a common thing I read about from others before purchasing. It’s located where the legs will be applying some pressure, so I definitely foresee the tear worsening.Manufacturer was not willing to help (unless I paid to return the heavy item via mail which wouldn’t have been worth it) but Amazon customer service offered me a partial refund, saying I could use the funds to buy a leather patch to prevent further tearing.The item is quite fun to use. The straps are adjustable, but take some time to find the right spot to make your head sit in the correctly. The handcuff attachment spots are well placed and feel solid as well.The opening for the face is larger than expected, which pleasantly surprised me, as I have a large head.I would recommend placing a pillow or cushioning of some kind under the head to give further support to the neck as the leather head hammock can become bunched up and a little uncomfortable on the back of the neck. Additionally, the added cushioning helps reduce pain in the shoulders and back from where the wooden frame ends and the bed/floor begins.Big fan of this thing already, will patch the leather tear, and hope to get lots of great use out of this. Definitely would recommend. Thank you!

Amazing quality

Even better build quality than expected. The color really pops too. I recently did a 6 hour session in this thing and it was great. I don't know of a better mass manufactured queening chair on the market.

Bought for Christmas. Took it out. Tried sitting on it. Top piece cracked right away. Quite dangerous. Luckily noone had their face under because we just tested sitting on it. Now amazon and manufacturer refuses to reimburse us. Beyond frustrated that we paid such money for nothing. Its complete garbage, christmas ruined and lots of money paid to Amazon, which they essentially stole !

Besides two holes in the red leather it’s decent quality. I think the seller knows it’s too much of a hassle for returns 💁🏻‍♀️ Other than that, big fan 😌😉

Unfortunately it came partly ripped on the leather; but I didn’t want the hassle of returning. Tears will obviously worsen over time.

I think it is an amazing addition to any bedroom or dungeon. Extremely comfortable and very adjustable. Well worth the price tag.
