Kuranda All-Aluminum (Silver) Chewproof Dog Bed - XXL (50x36) - 40 oz. Vinyl - Burgundy

Excellent for my Irish Wolfhound pup! He has been unable to damage it by chewing or digging at it. It was very easy for me to put together by myself and took very little time. It is lightweight and simple to move to clean under, and cleaning the bed itself is as simple at wiping it down. The vinyl wears in over a few days and I think becomes more comfortable for the dogs when it has a little give to it. The vinyl isn't too slippery for him either, and he seems to prefer the bed to the floor at least (but not over the couch!). Overall, excellent and durable product!

My breeder recommended the aluminum version and I'm glad I took her advice. I have two great danes and they haven't put a dent in them yet. minimal stretching on the vinyl. My breeder purchased the plastic version for 6 of her dogs and three of them are coming apart.assembly was a breeze. Build quality couldn't be better. Corners are metal. Has really nice plastic fitted pads so the bed won't scratch your floors.

This bed is amazing! I can’t believe I waited so long to get one. I have the regular PVC Kuranda too, but realized that was designed for up to 100lbs and I needed something for my 170 lb boy. The XXL aluminum was perfect and he loves it. He likes a little cushion, so I also got the mat for it and he immediately took a nap on it.As far as assembly, I had some issues with getting the legs screwed in...it just took some extra elbow grease, but the rest of it was easy to assemble.I previously had coolaroo cots, but they just do not compare in quality when it comes to the bigger pups. I would definitely buy again!

This bed is wonderful! We have the SL54DD crate and this bed fits perfectly! Be sure you choose the 40oz vinyl not any of the other covers. We went with aluminum because many people in our Great Dane club said the PVC starts to squeak over time.The hardware was missing out of my shipment and Karunda overnighted it to me with no problems. Great customer service.

My Great Dane has destroyed the toughest of dog beds until I invested on one of these. It's been over 5 months and it's still in perfect shape. This bed has allowed him to love being in his crate even more because he is so comfortable. I reccomend this bed to any dog owner who's dog is rough on your typical pillow/pad type of dog bed.
