If you like Musty Moldy mattresses, this is the place to buy them.
I purchased this product on April 25th, 2018. I received the product the second week of May. Upon installing the product, I began to smell a very musty, moldy odor coming from the mattress. I contacted the seller and ensured them I followed proper installation procedures, including adding waterbed conditioner. They instructed me they would contact their "rep" to see what could be done. That was 3 weeks ago, I've gotten no response from them since. I've washed the mattress and all bedding 3 times over the last 3 weeks, and I still have a musty, moldy odor coming from the mattress. If they end up contacting me with a resolution, I will revise this review. As of right now, they are the worst.

Hoping the best I filled with water and discovered a leak
My wife and I have had a waterbed for 30 years. The immediate warmth during winter climates is soothing and healing for daily backstrain. I selected this waterbed package deal figuring after 10 years I should replace all components. Shipping was on time but usps was not kind to the box, damage all over. Hoping the best I filled with water and discovered a leak, not product related. Rickshomestore expedited shipping and I’m very pleased. Thanks RMS
