Great for Sourdough
Ancient grain flour has completely elevated my baking game! I’ve been using it as a more nutritious alternative to traditional white flour, and the difference in flavor and texture is incredible. It has a rich, slightly nutty taste that adds depth to everything from pancakes and muffins to homemade bread. What I appreciate most is that it’s less processed and packed with nutrients like fiber, protein, and minerals. It keeps me feeling fuller longer and aligns well with my goal of fueling my body with real, wholesome ingredients.

Game changer for me
I am highly sensitive to gluten products but never tested positive for Celiac. At the recommendation from a friend, I tried this wheat. First, I made a loaf of yeast bread. I hadn't been able to do that in years. Even breathing in the flour dust would set my reaction into gear. It was wonderful and had none of the debilitating reactions I usually have.Yes, it is costly, but I will cut expenses on other things to keep this in my pantry. This wheat is a reminder of the wonderful provisions and sustenance created by God. Thank you, for bringing back this ancient grain.
