My vision is starting to go, a little, but I'm 51 so not bad. I do find reading small print tricky but newsprint and magazines were becoming trickier, I was holding them further and further away. Also I noticed that detail was missing on my laptop/computer screen at work. These are the perfect strength for reading from about 10inch away to about 3ft. They are cheap, light and comfy to wear. I now have pairs at home, work and in my travel bad for the laptop. Good deal and work well.

I'm 55 and finally caving in, I need screen/reading glasses though I do sometimes where pinhole ones instead. I've bought the lowest level ones here (the +1.00 variant) and am impressed, they're light and comfortable, and very effective. I'm pleased to get these at this price without having to spend time and more money looking into further options.

As others have said, the glasses are meant to be 1.0 reading glasses but are blurry. I have some other cheap glasses which are fine, but these were no good. My wife has 1.5 and found them easier to use.As they can't be returned, these will go in the bin and I'll go back to the £1 shop!
