I was worried this would look too cheap or wouldn't be good enough for my wife as a birthday gift. The only reason I bought it was because of the 30 day guarantee and I figured I had plenty of time to send it back if need be. Now the reason for buying this is I bought my wife a 5,000 engagement ring with a sapphire as the main stone and I wanted to buy her something that complimented her ring if she wanted to dress up a bit. I also bought the matching earrings. I figured she could wear one or both, whatever she chose to do. I also showed it to my mom and her mom before deciding to keep it. I was pretty impressed with both the earrings and this necklace. They were both a deep blue that matched her ring. The only part I don't know if I liked was the checkerboard style cut on the stone. The other women ooohed and awwed though when I showed them, so I'm pretty happy with it overall. I don't believe it looked cheap at all. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and I'm sure my wife will be happy very soon also.

Beautiful well cut blue stones. The stones are a very nice size (a little smaller than the size of a regular aspirin - it was the only small round thing I could think of that a lot of people would relate to!) show up nicely on the ears without being clunky. I'd recommend them for any eye and hair color and they compliment all the cool colors of clothing very nicely.

These earrings are well made with a nice length post and backs which are substantial. The stones are a nice size and cut. My only complaint is that the stones are very dark, nearly black and one is even darker than the other. I haven't gotten any compliments - honestly they look black. I' m not dissatisfied enough to return them but I do not recommend them if you want a pretty blue sapphire. if you want a black stone ,onyx may be a better choice.

These are beautiful and girlfriend loves to wear them. Color of the stones is gorgeous. Really go great with girlfriends blue eyes.

It looks nice, but the sapphires look like cheap pieces of plastic....I just hope my wife likes them for Christmas...Other wise I'm not Happy with them....

Hadn't purchased jewelry on Amazon prior to this. Bought as a Christmas present and it went over very well! Very pleased with the results.
