depends on your needs, but this might be one of the best ideas ever.works perfectly on a desk - you will have a wireless (FAST) charger for your phone plus 3 handly USB (e.g. for your earbuds). I would not consider this as an extension cable (cable is 1m long only) but it is the handy charger you want if your phone has hands free charging, having on top some extra USB. I would not see myself using the side main sockets (will look too messy). For the ones complaining about the cable being not too flexible (correct) I used the cable tie provided to fix the mains cable to the desk leg and sorted. All in all costs as much as a wireless charging pad + main adaptor, but offers much more functionality and looks good enough to stay on my working desk (my main need was a wireless charging mat and this one has some extra at the same price!) I would recommend!

We use this in our kitchen. My husband always is charging things using this.

Basically this does what I bought it for which is to charge my phone and provide USB ports. Phone is charged reasonably quickly, not super slow at allMy only concern is that it gets very warm so I would not leave it alone without supervision. A bit like an unruly teenager it has potential but I wouldn’t trust it with my best kit without keeping an eye on it

Love the handiness of this by my bed .Just set my phone on top and charges and I can have my Alex plugged too.

I bought few of those for each room in the house. makes the sockets on walls obstructed by furniture much usable.

Already broken a couple of months after purchase.

So handy, compact and works perfectly

Cons:-- No light indicator specifically to indicate that the wireless charger is charging your device- cable is heavy and inflexible so if you want this perched on the edge of a desk (like it is clearly intended for) it will not sit well. I guess if it was more flexible where it joins the body and it was more weighty that would solve it. If you have it in the middle of a table then, that will work better.- I don’t get what the single button is good for really - maybe it was for non UK market where they don’t have switches on outlets. The button also feels flimsy and unsatisfying to press- If I could live again, I would buy something else.
