I’ve tried other almond extract brands before, but the flavor was never as clear or rich as Watkins. This one has a strong, natural almond taste that really stands out in baked goods without being overpowering or fake. Just a small amount adds the perfect touch, and it blends beautifully into everything from cookies to pancakes.The ingredients are simple and clean, and I love that it doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste some others do. Honestly, the price isn’t much higher than comparable brands, but the quality is noticeably better—totally worth it.It’s Watkins only for me from now on!

So I decided to try this clear vanilla because my regular vanilla was making my frostings a bit darker. The smell and taste are amazing!! My frostings/cakes taste amazing and aren't dark anymore. This is my go to extract when making vanilla/strawberry cakes, etc. It is easy to use and a great value for your money. I did not have any issues with bottle leaking during shipment. I will reorder this extract once I run out. Highly recommend!!

As a small business owner making so many wedding cakes, this stuff is SO good. It retains it's flavor very well when baking, is great in buttercream and smells divine. It comes in bottles with seals and I've never had issues with it leaking during shipping. It is so easy to use and I highly recommend it! I used to buy it by the gallon but would always leak and now the price has gone up. For this price, this is the best!

This makes the best tasting frosting. Smells like vanilla and makes wonderful frosting. The price is great compared to buying vanilla in the store. This is the only vanilla I use, and I use it for everything that calls for vanilla.

Excellent quality vanilla that works just as well for cooked and uncooked goods without losing any flavor. We buy 1-2 a month at least (a lot of baking goes on here), but every time it gets shipped to us it either doesn’t have a lid or the lid is off and its only sealed by the plastic seal on top. It’s gotten to the point where we keep our lids when we throw the bottle away

I use this Wilton clear vanilla primarily for decorating sugar cookies. Keeping icing bright and white is important. Traditional vanilla extract tends to tint royal icing a beige or off-white color, but this clear version keeps everything looking crisp and clean.Flavor-wise, it's definitely an imitation vanilla, so it doesn’t have the depth or warmth of pure vanilla extract. That said, it still adds a sweet, pleasant vanilla scent and taste—especially once mixed into icing or baked goods. It’s ideal when color matters more than complexity of flavor.Another plus is that the bottle has a narrow spout which helps control the pour and avoid waste. A little goes a long way. I've had no issues with separation or off smells, and the shelf life is awesome.Overall, this is a must-have in my bsking toolkit. Arrived on time and was as described. I had been using another vanilla when I ran out and picked this up because my old brand wasn't carried by the store. It has a nice vanilla flavor and I loved that they offered a non alcohol version. I saw that others complained about leaking and arriving with no cap. My order arrived intact and sealed. The cap was not on when I opened the box, but was in the bottom of the box. This is going to be my new brand of vanilla!

Good quality product, good ingredients, taste is good. Bottle easy to use, came with the seal, no leakage. I did not use for baking as previously advertised. No sugar as described. Recommended.
