Too much trouble.
The first one I received fly very nice right out of the box. The folks at LHI did a fine job of setting it up. Unfortunately, after about 7min of flight one of the ESCs went out while simply hovering and that was the end of that. I had considered just buying a replacement ESC for a few dollars and installing it, but decided to return it instead. I had planned on writing a review at the time with a rating of 4 stars. I believed that since it flew so well until it broke, I would not ding it too hard just because on of the parts failed prematurely. That brings me to the second one I received. This one simply did not fly at all. It would just do an immediate flip upon take off. After a few hours of studying the situation, it turned out that the quad was set up to fly in the opposite direction. I did get it flying, and so far I plan on keeping it. I will need to make some further adjustments to get it flying as well as the first one. There seems to be a little too much wobble for my liking. Anyway, I ended up giving this product two stars partially due to the premature failure of the first one, but mainly for the failed setup of the second one. The seller claims they test these before they ship them. I find it hard to believe the second one I received was tested at all after it was assembled. The Radiolink AT9 controller is nice though.

(yes i did all this without ever pluging in a battery and testing anything) since i had no battery i went to my local hobbie sho
i bought this and powered it on for the first time today.while i was waiting around without a battery i started pluging it up to openpilot. people online say open pilot is old so i downloaded librepilot.the second i downloaded librepilot it warned me that the firmware on my flight controller was outdated so i installed the upgrade.i installed the upgrade and did a acelerometer calibration.(yes i did all this without ever pluging in a battery and testing anything) since i had no battery i went to my local hobbie shop and bought a 1300mah 20c battery (even though the drone instructions clearly says they recommend a 1500 35c) i did not buy a charger because my neighbor is going to lend me his in the morning .i took the risk and decided to test the drone with what ever charge the battery was shipped with.man on the first try i gave it a little bit of throttle and it hovered perfectly. i was in my hallway so i just stayed hovering in one spot about 6 feet from the ground.it controlled perfect i was in a small hallway and was able to keep it in the middle.it only hovered for about 2 minutes then it started to slowly loose altitude.i tried to give it more power but it just kept lowering altitude AND THIS IS WHERE I NOTICED the leds on the bottom of the drone change as your batteries start to die.when i first powered on all the lights were bright white. as it starts to die out the colors went to like a orange purpulish hue and as i kept giving it more throttle the colors started gettin closer to solid red and at that point the drone wouldn't lift at all, the motors would just spin but they wouldn't lift because of the lack of power.so thats sumthing i learned today that once ur colors start changing its time to charge the battery.the fact that i took this drone and changed the firmware right out of the box and was able to fly it right away without having to set up or adjust anything deserves 5 stars.

I purchased 2, BOTH WONT FLY
I purchased 2 of these kits. Both had problems.Seems like bad ESC. One even started smoking. The kits were numbered and even though I purchased them at the same time, one was B64 and the other was B81. each quad experiencing slow spin and choppy and unreliable. Only one motor this problem and on different locations from each other.Ran through open pilot, software is all okay. The motor just won't spin up correctly. Forget about customer service. They don't speak English. It's a solid frame nice LEDs, cc3d flight controller, can't tell you much else yet as either of them can fly. I do love the at9 transmitter though. That's valued at 100 bucks as of now I think. No battery or chargers. Buy your own.Be prepared to work on these things, I think it's a decent set up, but you're going to need to have some knowledge and common sense to make sure things are smooth. If they're not, be prepared to fix it on your own.

Absolutely love his drone
Absolutely love his drone. Easy to customize and accessorize. Very good kit to get started and once you are comfortable, look out. The right software customizations and PID tuning will unlock this kit for a lot of fun.

I was super excited about this purchase Once I finally got it in the mail, one of the motors did not work. I decided to go ahead and replace it myself and not send it back. After replacing a motor and multiple other fixes, including an extra $50 or so in materials, I finally have it up and flying and I love it. I had tried to contact the company to no avail. I would probably not do business with this company again.

This is a very sturdy and quick qav250 I've already given it a pretty good punishment and it gets right back up and off to the sky.

Fine built, excellent quad
Fine built, excellent quad. Came as expected. Sure I didn't even try to start it out of the box. Instead I reinitialized and recalibrated everything in OpenPilot GCS and it worked perfect.
