I don’t know what kind of magic the Italians put in this flour, but for the first time in my life, I ate bread, pizza, and pasta without immediately slipping into a carb coma. No food regret, no nap required—just pure, delicious, “Nonna would be proud” perfection.BUT—beware! If you're picturing a big ol’ American-sized flour bag, think again. These are adorably small—like “this is cute, but I’ll need five more” small.Still, 100% worth it. My doughs have never been smoother, lighter, or more authentic. I just know my Nonna is looking down, nodding in approval… or maybe shaking her head because I’m still not kneading it long enough. Either way, this flour is the real deal! 🇮🇹✨

Perfect Gift for Pizza Lovers!
I purchased the pizza flour along with a pizza oven as a closing gift for new homeowners, and it was a huge hit! They had just upgraded their back patio, and since the husband is a chef, I knew this would be the perfect addition. They were over the moon about the gift and even used it that same night! The flour is high quality and bakes beautifully for an authentic wood-fired pizza experience. Highly recommend!

The flour for serious Pizza connoisseurs!
I've experimented around with different types of flour to make the "perfect" pizza dough. I like to follow and use traditional Italian methods and ingredients whenever possible.The Antimo Caputo Pizzeria 00 Flour (blue bag) is a high quality flour developed for pizza making. Supposedly, this particular flour can hold up to higher heat than most 00 flours so should be well suited for making pizza.In use, I do have to admit that the same pizza made with Italian 00 flour had a tendency to burn when cooked at same time next to a pizza I made with the blue bag flour. So, I am convinced that this is a good way to go. However, it taste tests (done unofficially by my wife), there was no detectable difference. So for me, the blue bag flour is a bit more forgiving than regular 00 flour. I should mention, when I say 00 flour, I am referring to Antimo Caputo Italian flours, which I use for my pasta. I've found the Italian flours are ground more finely and are of higher quality than our local flours.

My favorite pizza flour
This is my favorite flower for making pizza. Great durability and results. Ive never had any bugs, but i do store them in the fridge. They are the perfect size for my family pizza night. I always have this on hand.
