Why did I haul around the 3” thick denture container my mouth guard came with all these years? I was working on substantially downsizing my carryon items for a recent trip when I happened upon a mention of this item in a travel blog. I immediately got it and I’m delighted! The only slightly inconvenient thing is that it has holes in it, so it cannot be used to soak/clean your mouth guard or retainer.

Using it for my son's hockey mouthguard. The case does not pop open unexpectedly even when banging around in a hockey bag.

A little bit small for the plate that was my only complain.
