I like the number key pad. I'm disappointed I didn't get a backlit keyboard. I was sure it was on this computer when I ordered it.

We have had this PC a few weeks now and have been very happy with it. Very fast and compact laptop that fit our needs perfectly. Only thing we were disappointed with was, the power button doesn’t light up. I have a Dell work PC that is close to the same look has the same power button with the led included. Just makes it look weird to have a spot for led and not have it.

If you want a laptop that feels like a home computer, then this is the one. It's fast, also the speaker quality is great & loud. The screen quality can be better but is not bad at all for its price. The laptop is a little thick & a little heavier than usual but otherwise everything else works very well.

A gift for our daughter who needed it badly for school work. Met all, and exceeded most, of her needs and expectations. Dell computer have long been a key part of our productivity processes, and this laptop is up there with the best for our requirements.

The computer moves nice and fast and there isn't any wait time when watching videos on YouTube or other streaming services. My biggest complaint about it is the mouse pad, it isn't directly in the center of the front of the laptop like it is on most laptops. It is more towards the left side of it. I often find myself right clicking the mouse pad accidentally instead of left clicking it like I'd want to. It takes some getting used to but it still is frustrating at times.

Poor screen quality, display is like 456 m/c. Touch screen is bad.Had to return 3rd day itself as I got a used Laptop, its touch screen did not work. Touch pad as defective. On returning, the vendor has paid $143 less

This is a great computer. I use it for school. It is fast and works well. I also like the touchscreen feature.
