Poor material , very HOT, be careful
I like the size of the blow dryer and the weight of it however ... though it is nice it get very hot, it almost gets tooooo hot. Within a week of using this blow dryer the outside material began to crinkle and look warped. The blow dryer is still running but made of crappy material, also the switch often goes from fast to medium if u accidentally touch it. I’m a hairdresser so I use this everyday all day.

Died Less than a year after purchasing!
The blowdryer did a good job, while it worked I purchased this dryer in April 2019 and about 2 months ago it started shorting out and now it has gone completely! I find this highly unacceptably given the supposed quality and price of the product. My blowdryers usually last for years and years!If the seller is reading this, please contact me regarding a replacement.

Problem with temperature
Bought 1 year ago and the temperature goes from hot to cold without switching the temperature button. For the price I expected it to last longer.

Good quality products make such a difference!! Spend the extra money, you won’t be disappointed. I wish I hadn’t been so cheap for so many years, I wouldn’t have had to deal with such frizzy crazy hair!

Broke after a year only
We bought this a year ago and it broke already. One of the switches doesn't work anymore, which makes the hair dryer basically useless.

Too expensive and falls apart early
Great hair dryer but after a few months makes this horrible screech and it kinda worries me I might get electrocuted. Cheap ones last years!

Defective Material/Coating
Great blowdryer, and would love it if I didn’t have the black coating flaking off all over my bathroom and sticking to everything - carpets, my hands, the sink.
