Great small business switch
Great small business switch. If you are getting this to run in your house, get a netgear so you dont have the issues with the fan noise, its not that bad in a closed environment, but could get annoying if it was right in the office. Would buy again!

Stunning loud fans, awful
If this is going into a rack in an server room where noise isn't a problem, then this is the switch for you. If you are using this as Mid-span switch in an office environment, which is what this switch is designed for, the fans are simply too loud.At 6 inches fans are 84dB. At 2ft, the fans are 60dB. This is under no load.

Works great, but can hear the switch from other rooms
OK, not verified purchase, but I bought it. Engenius EGS7228P. BUYER BEWARE: this switch is NOISY! Works great, but can hear the switch from other rooms. I love Engenius products, but the noise from this switch is unbearable. To date, I have not found an alternative. Engenius sales support is horrible. If I find a good replacement, will update review.
