Revisit speaker failure after few months use
Product is great. But not functional after few months of use as the speaker gets impacted where the other side person can't hear. It occurred to me with 3 consecutive purchases of NEW Voyager 5200Also it has become very expensive. No value for such high cost. Price in Rs 5k range should be ideal and not current price which is some times double and some times triple

Repair is the problem
If you have a warranty you will be safe . HP can support only replacement . There is no other option to repair this product . So have to buy with extended waranty

Beware! Use and throw device!
Product is good and I used it for around 2 years but after that its stopped charging and i was shocked to know from customer care that its battery cannot be replaced nor it can be repaired if there are any other issues, if it stops working outside ur warranty period then u just have to throw it away. And I paid 8k for an use and throw device, feel like m cheated and now people are buying this for 17k?? Unbelievable.
