The Salter unit has the softest and longest lasting tubing of any brand I have ever used. WELL worth trying to see if you agree. Only brand I will use, given a choice.

I found these very pliable and comfortable to wear. No strong smell. Will purchase again.

I love these cannulas they are so very soft on my face and under my nose. No need for any cushions on ears either. I don't think any other manufacture offers any as soft as there. I showed and have given away several to other O2 users and know they also have ordered the comfortable and very useful cannulas in 4' and 7' lengths. I also think the price is more than acceptable.

My original hospice always brought this kind of soft tubed cannulas. Then I moved to a different county and they brought only hard tubed ones. Such an incredible difference in comfort and even with staying on your face in the right place. So I decided to search on Amazon. And these have the wonderfully soft tubing that goes on your face. I'm very happy with him.

Works okay. Still room for design improvements. Uncomfortable. Had to purchase little pads to protect the skin on the backs of my ears because the tubes were cutting into me. Have to constantly readjust it. The little prongs inside my nose often get dislodged & then again the whole canala needs to be adjusted again. And their is no handy, clean place to hang or bag the canala when you need it out of the way (to take a bath, etc) Lots of design potential.

Salter Labs is a medical supplies and accessories manufacturer, and its market is as aimed the home consumer. However, their products are hospital-grade. I was discharged recently after a bout of pneumonia, and I was sent an oxygen concentrator. The home-concentrator came with its own hoses and cannula, as well as an off-brand humidifier. Well, the hoses and attachments were sub-quality, and the humidifier had an air leak. I substituted the off-brand accessories with Salter Labs (as soon as I found the cannula that I was using in the hospital). The Salter Lab humidifier's screw on cap was sturdier, and the bottle didn't leak air. The SALTER LAB's hoses were not stiff, connectors did not leak air, and the canullars are soft and, most importantly, designed and formed to fit the natural anatomy of human nostrils.

Bought these for my father and he loved them. He says they are comfortable to wear and are soft and not hard like the ones the hospital gave him. Fits him well and don’t fall off.

This product is perfect. This cannula has the correct diameter main tube, very soft tubes that touch the face, nose outputs that are spaced correctly (not too close to each other) and just the right length. Nose output is slightly curved with rounded ends that aren’t sharp. Very well made and packaged. This is the third brand I bought and the only one that has all the correct features. Especially concerning with the other two brands was the slightly smaller diameter of the main tube - I suspect that would reduce the flow of oxygen (that was my worry anyways) - among other issues. Please note that although my badge says manufacturer, I am not one. Amazon seems incapable of changing this tag even though it’s many year since I worked for a manufacturer of products and I never worked for this particular company. I am a consumer only.
