Excellent product and support
My father needed a simple solution for wireless headphones on his older Samsung Smart TV which did not have bluetooth support. We tried a standalone optical to bluetooth transmitter to work with another set of headphones he owned, but that setup was complicated and didn't always work.This product from Avantree was a perfect surprise; the headphones are comfortable and loud, and since they come with their own transmitter they "just work." I have heard no complaints about the battery life which means they work for at least a full day of steady TV watching, and they are also super easy to charge. The size is fully adjustable too.The base allows an additional optical audio out so that my dad can have these playing at the same time as his soundbar, so he can switch between the two without changing any settings.After about 10 months of great usage my father had an accident wherein the plastic hinges of the headset were physically snapped. Fortunately I had saved the original packaging because it contained an email address for Avantree support. I worked with Rie from their team who was extremely efficient, kind, and helpful, and they helped me get the headset replaced with a new pair under warranty.It was by far the single best customer service experience I have had in probably 15 years.Excellent product and excellent support from Avantree. I would highly recommend this product and buy from them again.

Buyers beware! Customer service and technical support useless.
I’ve owned the Avantree Opera tv headphones for 8 months and the charging base stopped working. They claim I have a 24 month warranty. They will not help me and constantly reply to my messages with the same trouble shooting. I even have an issue number. When I called the person went through the same trouble shooting again although I told them I have done all trouble shooting already. The rep told me they would put a request in for a new charging base. This was 2 months ago. When I received no replacement I emailed them off my other emails and they replied with the trouble shooting again for the 6th time.My last email I asked for a Supervisor to call me because I’m being fed the same steps over and over. They just didn’t respond this time. My only choice is to try to get a Supervisor on the phone. I would not buy any Avantree products. None. Move on bc when you need support they just send the same email over and over to my pleas for help. I will never buy an Avantree product again because it’s frustrating and infuriating at this point. I know when I call again today they will tell me to do trouble shooting again. I think they expect me to use a usb c plug to charge them each time. If I knew this company had poor service, I would have never bought them.

Avantree Opera Wireless Headphones
I purchased an Avantree Opera Wireless Headphones a few years ago. I noticed that my hearing could no longer hear voices and conversations nearly as well as I could years ago. The Headphones worked fantastic and did not interfere with the regular TV speaker system for others listening as well. After accidentally crunching my old headphones, I purchased a new Avantree Opera a month ago but was initially disappointed since after hooking them up they didn't seem to work. After an hour or two trying to diagnose the problem myself, I called Avantree support and they were able to work with me and fixed my settings so now the new ones work as well as the old ones!

Outstanding Customer Service!
These work great, excellent sound quality, easy to connect, would give them 5 stars except for a weak spot on the ear pad mounting...mine broke, but they immediately sent out a replacement at no charge...overall, very satisfied with the headphones

Great product and durable ear pieces
My wife has these on when laying in bed watching tv and she will fall asleep with them on and she has not tour them up so far and she really twists them and bends them and they are still working. I noticed that the two ear pieces are very flexible and twisting that go back in place. So I’m giving this product an excellent because my wife has not tour them up in 6 months of wearing them, so great product. 😊

Best Headphones I Have Ever Had!
I have been using wireless headphones for many years and the Avantree Opera Plus wireless headphones are the best headphones I have ever had! The extra features, i.e., clear voice, are a real plus and the setup for my LG smart TV was smooth and easy. I particularly like the handy charging base, which keeps the headphones charged and ready for use. I highly recommend them!

Recommended. Great listening unit.
I like this so much so that I have purchased four of them on four different televisions. Two are at my house, and two are at a relative's house that we visit often. I am able to listen to the television without disturbing others with the loud volume, and this allows others to set the volume on the soundbar so they can listen simultaneously at their comfort level. We recently purchased a brand-new television, and when switching this hearing unit from the old to the new television, we could not get sound through the headset. I called customer support (who answered the phone right away), and it turned out there was an advanced setting on the television software that needed to be changed (not covered in the manual). I made the change, and the headset is working perfectly.
