Q: What grade is this cheesecloth?

Thanks for your question! Our organic cheesecloth has 40x40 weave per sq in. Almost the same weave number as Grade 90.

Q: With this not having a grade 90 for the weave, I don’t know if this will work for making clarified butter/ghee. Will this be a tight enough weave?

i’d try it… if it doesn’t work for ghee, it!’ll be good for abundant other uses.
