Q: does the "Cupture Classic Tumbler" decal come off? Or is it printed on the cup and permanent??

It is a mostly clear plastic piece about the size of a credit card on which you can print or write whatever you like. You can then put them on the cup and remove as needed/wanted. Once written on, however, that piece would not be easy to clean--probably impossible. I have washed the cups multiple times in hot water and detergent and the labels are still on and writing is still very visible.

Q: Strange question, but I want to get these for gifts, and I need them to fit in my gift bags, so approximately how tall are these cups?

The cup itself is 6 1/4 inches. That is without the straw. If you have the straw in, it is 9 1/2 inches with the straw. Hope that helps. My co-workers loved them.

Q: Do the tumblers come with the Cupture Classic Tumbler labels? Can they be removed?

mine came with labels that could be put on and removed but once something is written on the labels, I don't think the labels can be cleaned.
