Harry Potter Hogwarts Houses Lanyard

As much if not more "dead useful" than an owl. Practically magic. I got one for each of us (total of five) for our trip to Universal. First it was nice to be on squad goals. They come in different house styles but I like this one best since even with just the five of us, we all consider ourselves to be a part of different houses. Second, they really free up your hands. I put everything in mine. Park ticket, credit cards, room key. It was great for keeping up with the park tickets for the Hogwarts Express. Room keys were so powerful, we didn't even have to take the lanyard off, just hold it up to the door, even if the key was in the middle of other items. The lanyard is very well made as is the rubber charm. The card on the inside is just cardboard but it weathered pretty well for the entire trip pretty well with just some fraying on the edges. I wish it had been plastic or sturdier but don't let that stop you from getting one. It's such a small thing but they make a big difference. The funny thing is, even for the plane ride home and a day or two after the trip, I kept using it until I finally "transitioned" back to using my wallet. They make a great keepsake for the trip. Mine now is hanging up with my Ravenclaw banner. Highly recommended if you're going to Universal.

I ordered these last minute for my daughter’s birthday trip to Universal (her letter arrived and it was time for Hogwarts). Usually at Orlando area Theme Parks I would save a purchase like this for on ground- more expensive I know- but a useful souvenir, so no need for other souvenirs. I decided to get these simply because we hadn’t done Universal yet and I knew we would need lanyards for our tickets (no bands here)- and I wanted to save souvenir money for Hogwarts necessities. Such a great advanced purchase! For the price of one on ground I got 2 that were unique from what everyone else was buying and yet didn’t look like a knock off. We were asked all over where we got our lanyards. Quick tip if you have express passes and multiple park per day passes- fold them or place them so the bar code of one is facing out on one side and the bar code of the other is facing out the other- they will be scannable though the plastic- keeping them safe from water and grime and such. I even had enough room for some cash, my id and a card folded between my passes; so I never took a wallet in the parks. My daughter’s plastic unfortunately was ripped by her wand- but we easily replaced it with a new plastic id sleeve sold at a merch cart.I will be buying a few more just in case we ever loose one because they are so perfect for a Universal Trip

I ordered one of these for each person in our group as part of our “surprise” reveal to the kids (together with Harry Potter T-shirt’s). I didn’t look at the stores in the park specifically to compare but I’m sure they would have been more than 9$ each that I paid here on Amazon. Everyone loved them and they worked well to hold each person’s park ticket and hotel card/fast past cards and to show/scan them when needed. Each person wore there’s all day (even the 6yr old) and in more involved rides we just stuck them under our shirts. I did follow someone else’s rec and brought some tape to seal the top so that they don’t fall out or get wet on water rides. If we go again we are already set. Well worth the convenience and of course cool if you are a Potter fan.

The lanyard is great seems pretty durable and looks exactly like the picture the only reason I didn’t five star it is because the pouch is bad in my opinion it is already ripping and splitting on certain ends from it being to thin I’m guessing or poor quality but they lanyard alone to me was a good buy maybe just buy a pouch separately

Ordered this for my niece who had to have for school and a harry potter fan. She absolutely loved it. It looks great and very sturdy.
