When I first received the rack it was in two boxes, well packaged and received in good condition.The rail installation instructions were in Chinese only, and I couldn't install. I reached out to seller and they promptly sent me English instructions to print. They were very nice and responsive.Install took about 3 hours, but I did take my time and worked with a friend. We had to drill some of the plastic to get the bolts to grip, but it was a super easy fix.One of the front bracket covers broke when installing. They're a bit delicate, so go easy with them. The cover didn't align quite right and was actually a little long and I need to file it down - when trying to install before I realized this I managed to break the clip due to the length issue. I'm reaching out to the seller now to see if I can purchase just this cover since it was my fault I broke it. I'll update when I see what they say.If you're up for a long afternoon and some labor, this rack is worth saving $ on over an OEM installation.Images show the installed rack and the front/drivers bracket cover not installed because it broke when I snapped it on.

Metal support brackets that attach to vehicle are very flimsy and requires some slight bending to fit correctly The plastic front bolt downs which attach to metal brackets and slide into rails tend to white out when bending to body form appears to stretch and thin out. End caps have a tab inside to lock in place snap very easily had to double side tape both fronts. Trimming necessary to get front caps to sit flush with rails. 2hrs for a typical 45 min job due to parts not labeled. 2.75 out of 5 for quality 2.5 out of 5 for price. Good thing I recd 150 back with Amazon card 🤓
