Good exfoliation
I really like these washcloths. They're excellent for exfoliation, and I feel like my skin is softer and cleaner than with my previous towel washcloths.

Tearing into two layers
It was working well at first. After a week, the two layers are falling apart. Contacted Amazon and was helped by the C.S agent with the issue. Great CS from Amazon as usual and hope the replacement will last longer.

Itchy on one side
one side is soft and their side is very rough and scratches the skin. There is no way to hold it without folding it, and then your skin will contact the rough side. Wished both sides were soft!
