floor & wall roller 18 – 24 inch long

Bought this as I have a very heavy 150lb roller which I use on vinyl flooring etc. It's bloody heavy too say the least. So carrying it to the flat on the second floor was too much for my poor old back, hence this little dinky roller was bought. And to be honest it's great for the vinyl strip flooring and the 300 x 300 vinyl tiles bring laid in the flat.

Karndean recommend the use of a roller to activate their flooring adhesive, was going to struggle with this task until I found this roller, it was invaluable in laying the floor in my bathroom, don't know what I would have done without it, it has an adjustable length so reaching over was no problem, it will be useful in the future too, wall paper perhaps, cleans up easily too, lovely.

Mine was broken. The shaft holding the rollers to the handle was bent. I had to straighten it as best I could as I didn't have time to return it. I can't imagine how such a tough item was damaged in this way. It must have been driven over by a steam roller! It worked fairly well once I spent about an hour trying to repair it.

Very simply, this roller is not ‘man enough’ to exert the necessary downward pressure to get a good bond between laminate strips and the floor base.I had to buy a water-filled forty litre plastic roller to do the job properly - and with less effort too!

Sturdy roller, I got tired pressing down my vinyl floor tiles and ended up taking off the cam handle and stacking some weights on the shaft before reattaching the handle (I actually fitted a longer handle so I could push it along standing up) - works great with 25kg of barbell weights.
