They don't list the ingredients because one of them is Methylchloroisothiazolinone. This is a harmful chemical which for some of it's uses has been banned in Europe and Canada. Research it.

The tamper packaging is to keep product integrity. If it was sent out in individual packaging a mix up could occur at any time during shipping. Constant care and upgrades are added for customer satisfaction.
