Can't scratch it or stick to it...at all!!!
Best non-stick frying pan I ever had......got it for my disabled son who has a hard time with metal utensils on a non-stick surface. Anyway, I also have the similar item in a smaller size bought "as seen on TV". Paid about $19 for the smaller one delivered and $34 with shipping on this one from Amazon. Both are just great. One says titanium copper and this one red copper, but look exactly the same to me.But they seem to have gone up quite a bit in $ from Amazon. Perhaps word of their performance has spread. May be getting too high and price their sale out of market...but I have my two! Yet to make a mark on either one, and have been using heavily for several months now on stove stop pan frying mostly with metal utensils. Have not tried drilling, etc. , but let's be sensible here, as well as no gas heating until it turns red from melting....And clean up requires no more than a wet rag after it cools, EVERY TIME. Put in dishwasher every now and then just to clean it with detergents, etc.for sanitation. Has not affected non-stick surface and we put nothing on the pan for seasoning, etc.Not sure is even Putin could bend or damage this pan!I am just waiting for something to fail by scratching or sticking/burning, but have yet to see this.If this changes, I will be sure to write an update. But so far, makes cooking for him and clean up a breeze!

Eggs won't stick even without grease
I love this line of product. They last really well with proper care and are an absolute dream to clean.

The item arrived as advertised and earlier than expected which is a good thing however.....
We have been using this same brand of pan for the last 3-4 years or so and always find them easy to use and clean. However...this last 12" pan all of sudden exhibited scratches all around the inside center of the pan. We've never used metal utensils with the pan and have never had to scrub it with harsh chemicals or brushes so we're not sure where the scratches come from. Rather than take a chance on arguing about their "lifetime warranty" we purchased an identical new pan in the hope that this scratched one was just a fluke of some kind. Otherwise, Red Copper pans are a pleasure to cook with and clean afterwards!

Don't buy if you have a glass top cooking surface
I would like to know who had the bright idea to put a raised metal decal on the bottom of the frying pan, and how can I remove it. The pan looks great, cleans easily, haven't had it long enough to rate its durability, but it doesn't sit flat on my glass top stove. Which means it leans to one side and wiggles when I try to stir the contents. Very annoying, and prevents the food from cooking as evenly as it should. I would have rated the pan higher except for this very silly design flaw that makes it less than perfect.

Great value
I chose this pan because it was highly rated by a popular consumer review organization. I've only cooked in it a few times but love it so far. I followed directions to season the pan, very easy to do, and everything I cook easily slides out and it's a breeze to clean. I do cook with just a little bit of oil (tablespoon) so, for those who refuse to use any oil (like my spouse who hasn't used this pan yet), I have no experience to share. For the price, this is a no-brainer. I used much more expensive pan but, though they may have other great qualities, their non-stick coatings don't last any longer than less expensive pans such as this one. If you're curious, browse Consumer Reports' website for reviews.

Great Pan
Gave our red copper pans to our son when he moved out, he requested them. He loves them as I do. Just follow in instructions and do not use a spray can of the so called butter stuff to keep food from sticking. They also say not to use olive oil because of the low heat tolerance but I have always use EVOO when cooking but I never turn heat source over the medium setting and the pan works great. Also do not wash or rinse when the pan is hot!! After I clean the pan by hand washing it oh my! huh! Really how hard is that? then I put just a drop of EVOO and coat the pan for storage until next use. We had our older set for 6 years and I'm sure my son will have it for 6 more as he has followed our cooking, cleaning and storage tips as well. Great Pan!!

Warped
The bottom of the pan warped outward after first use. Now it spins on my stovetop.

Best ever for eggs
We have a $2500 pan set from another vendor. This pan is better than anything else I have ever used for eggs. Eggs stick to everything else, but not this pan. Eggs wipe right out of this pan. It is light, washes easily, scratches less than my other pans and it heats up quickly, evenly and well. The only downside is that the pan is so light, the handles can get hot, particularly the little one off the front of the pan. This inexpensive pan replaces $500 worth of waterless cookware and eliminates 5-10 minutes of scrubbing every time I use it.

Looks durable... time will tell.
I'm fed up with the number of non-stick frying pans that I've thrown out because they eventually stick. You wanna spend $200 on a frying pan? Go ahead - you'll be throwing it out one day 'cause it'll start sticking. I bought this because the price was right and Consumer Reports rated it well. Well made and distributes heat evenly.

nice pan
The pan is very easy to use and clean. I have only had it for a short time so am unsure about its durability. However, if it lasts one year its worth it as it is definitely non stick
