HTC 10 32GB Glacier Silver, 5.2-Inch, 12MP, GSM Factory Unlocked International Version, No Warranty

Got what expected - an international offcial unlocked version(checked the IMEI). Works fine with 4g in Ukraine.The only disappointing thing is not working charger, it just doesn't charge at all, even though it looks brand new and is suitable for my network. Also tried on another HTC 10 I bought in a different country a couple of years ago - same thing, doesn't work. For sure if you are is USA you will easily get another item or complete refund, so not a big problem for american customers. But for international ones it can be quite tricky.Also would like to mention that the phone didn't want ot update to newer versions of Android giving an error. But after a couple of days of googling I managed to find an official and correct RUU and everything started to work perfectly. This might be tricky if you're not used to such things as running RUU files and similar manipulations with the phone.

The phone came as expected. It's really a great phone and the sound quality is awesome. The only issue I have is with the charger that it came with. It seems to be a foriegn charger for it doesn't fit in my wall socket. It came with a note saying "If you need a different type of power plug or you need technical assistance, contact Technomaster via email". But there is no email to be found so I can't get in contact with this seller. Even though it didn't come with the proper charger I still have the USB connector so I charge my phone through my Ps4. I give it 4 stars for now at least until I get some help from the seller so that I can recieve the proper charger and then change it to 5 stars.

For $250 the two year old flagship model of HTC is a good deal for me despite the defective camera. But the three star rating is justified by the fact that the seller made no mention about the defect, which allows taking only blurry pictures with the rear camera. Either the device was not checked for such defects or the defect was in fact discovered but was not disclosed. In either way the deal feels somewhat less than fair.

The phone itself seemed nice however I purchased the US Verison and even though the phone itself had an option to select Verizon as its Network, it would not work. Took the phone to Verizon and ran the IEMI and it's not compatible. Totally bummed as this was my Xmas gift for hubby. Had to return and got stuck with a case and screen covers that cost more money to return than get back.

Overall great phone, but i do have one problem, it isn't necessarily the distributor but more on the manufacturing per say, the phone came with a "fuzziness" in the bottom speaker. At this point I've just accepted it because it doesn't outweigh the positives of the phone so yea, battery life is great, camera great, overall function of the phone is perfect just that one little flaw.

Great phone overall. If you plan to buy it, get it from a reliable seller though. This one I got it from (Gotham's Cells) provide me with one that is designed for the UK market along with a plug adapter, while (most importantly) he didn't include a pin for the SIM and SD card slots, making it very tiring to insert the SIM card. For these two issues, I give it 4 stars. Hopefully the phone you get is free of these shortcomings.

I bought this phone a month ago and was really a huge upgrade from the Galaxy s6 that I used to own before this phone. The camera is great but could improve. I currently live in El Salvador and can't get a 4G LTE connectivity even though my carrier does have 4g LTE at the moment. It was a great but though.

Had it for over a month. So far flawless. Ting is the carrier I'm using. Very pleased with them. Wifi calling is great. I got the NA HTC on a GSM network.I got a Spigen Rugged Armor for a case. Love the grip, good texture. You need a case with this phone as it is very slippery.This phone work well with vr box - Xiaozhai BOBOVR Z4 - 10/10 If your interested, it's worth the money.I don't upgrade my phone often so I'm expecting this to last for a couple years.
