It works and it fits
Having struggled with Plantar Fasciitis, these fit my shoes and boots perfectly, and although initially tight, squeezing foot between the arch and lacing on top of shoe/boot, the comfort is long lasting in the shoes and boots I wear.

Just right
I have had this brand in the past and the quality is great. I bought the 3/4 ones for my shoes that I can’t take out the current insoles. They fit great and I have room for my toes.

I love the support these offer
I love the support these offer. When you feel them they feel like they will do nothing. They are not flexible and the padding does not seem significant. I was very skeptical when I put them in my shoes, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The cushion these offer for my heel and the arch support are great. I have worn arch supports since I was 20 (I'm now 50) so I have had my share of supports. A year ago I developed plantar fasciitis. I have been looking for something to put in my shoes to help with both conditions and these do it. My arches are not sore at the end of the day and my heel never bothers me with these on. As soon as I put them on I could feel the cushion on my heel. I am able to put them in flats and most heels. I know I should not wear heels but I am not ready to give up heels yet. This was my second pair. I wear a size 7 shoe and based on the guidance I bought a medium. They felt slightly different from my first pair and I attributed it to them being new. I finally looked at the size of the first pair and they are a small so my next pair will be a small. I use to wear a 6.5 and I have a narrow foot. I probably considered that when I bought the first pair.My daughter works part time in a restaurant as a server. She was home for the holidays and picked up some shifts. Her feet were killing her and I suggested she try these. She was skeptical and not impressed when she felt them. She loved them. She put them in her booties one night when she was going out and fell in love with them even more. She is trying to take them back to school. Because they are a little big (she wears an 8) for me I may give in.

Just the right lift
This is a good buy. The insoles were suggested by my podiatrist. I was able to get these for about 1/2 price what the podiatrist was selling them for. They fit just right and help to alleviate foot pain

Not suitable for low-profile shoes
I have relatively normal feet and usually do not wear special inserts in my shoes, but I purchased a pair of ballet flats and I wanted a bit more cushion in them. This model of PowerStep was recommended to me for the shoe brand and style.Pros -- I really like the firm arch support. Standing upright, the inserts were comfortably supportive and felt natural on my foot.Cons -- the loft of the insert was unsuitable to the low profile of this shoe. Where standing still felt great, walking bounced my heel out of the shoe at every step. The 'dashing up the staircase' test failed at step one. I think that where the rigidness of the arch support felt great, the same rigidness extending through the whole of the insert was too much -- the insert failed to flex with my foot as it moved, and popped the shoe away from my foot.Returned for failing to meet my needs. A different style of shoe would be better with this insert (a sneaker or loafer, something that sets more firmly against the foot or crosses higher up the instep).I ordered these inserts in both size W6-6.5 and W7-7.5 for use in a size W7 Rothy's flat. The size W6-6.5 fit best, and the size W6-6.5 matches my normal street-size shoes (Rothy's brand runs small).

They work!
I had plantar fasciitis (seems to have gone away now), over pronation and a bunion on my left foot. These Powerteps insoles are perfect! They fit into my shoes and have made my life so much more comfortable!

It meets my need for arch support.
I am in my 60’s. I am flat footed and it hurts to walk without arch support. I bought the first of this kind in the doctor’s office(podiatrist recommendation). I liked it so I got another one. It is sturdy and fits most of my shoes. If needed, it is easy to wipe clean with clean cloth or even alcohol . So far I have used my first one for two years now and its support remains the same. To be fair, I have two other arch supports of a different kind that serves my purpose for different types of shoes.

Moderate Arch
I ordered because I needed a thinner insole than my regular orthotics for a new pair of boots without removable soles. These work for a moderate arch. I will try a higher arch next time.

Good but don’t last long
This orthotics are good but don’t last very long. I had mine for a few months before they started losing fabric and the sticky bit on the bottom to hold them in place.
