I use one of these to power-walk. It seems to help me keep up my cadence, it's a good focal point to make the workout a little more pleasant mentally, and if you drop it, it just freezes in place ... much safer than a common rubber ball that bounces and can send you into traffic or some other hazard. Try it!

These are excellent hacky-sacks and are a great value

I was sent the wrong color. But it's still a Dirt Bag so it works.

What more can I say about the Dirt bag? My old one (and by old I mean 20+ years old) had finally become so worn and thin I could watch the sand slip through the fabric. Given the beating that thing took, how amazing that it is still in one piece. I couldn't believe when the new one arrived, the difference is so obvious! The weight and feel is still as awesome as they've always been, you really can't make a better purchase. I look forward to replacing this one in another 20 years (or maybe just getting more cause I like colors).

Works like you would think it’s a skill issue if not

This was an impulse purchase that has brought so much joy. Friends will see it and immediately pick it up and act like kids. Fun and durable (dog has stolen it for a few zoomie runs).

It's fun and keeps me flexible.I've owned two of these now and would highly recommend them if you are into that sort of thing. I accidentally washed mine enough (at least three times) before the stitching finally started to give up the ghost and I bought the second one. Even still, I kept the shabby one and put it in my 72 hour kit for an easy way to relax and keep my mind active. Having a little less stuffing allows for easier play anyway. :)
