Fast delivery, easy to set-up
The company who sold the pool through Amazon required a signature and I had some worry about negotiating the delivery but it was smooth and the people from the delivering company were kind - it was very easy. The pool was easy to set up, it went together in about an hour. The pump is adequate for the pool size. It’s a great depth and is holding up to my tween and teen kids’ fun. Worth the money.

Fun for All
great size for space challenged backyards or hillside dwellers. just about the coolest thing for a summertime quality of life improvement. fairly easy to set up too but call a friend or two over to help and have some beer handy. can get overwhelming with all the parts everywhere so it's nice to have a second set of eyes and someone to bounce directions with. i upgraded the pump/filter to the Intex sand filter (and also the saline generator). unless this is going to be a one-time quick summer use thing, don't even bother with the pump that is included, it's not sufficient. the intake strainer and return are the smaller sized 1.25" type so you might need to buy adapters to upgrade to the 1.5" proper threaded sort. we are all enjoying this pool!Update: I added a skimmer. Great addition and easy to do. Keeps the pool super clean. I also uploaded some pictures to show the footings we put under the poles on the decomposed granite. The pool is still up in December. I'm torn whether to take it down or not.

Salvation from draconian ELECTRIC BILLS without moving to Scandinavia for the summer
I was facing the worst summer ever here in the Central Valley of California. So I decided to risk it and buy what appeared to be a perfect water respite. Our yard will not accommodate a round pool of any size so the size was ideal. I purchased a really good 9 mil tarp for under the pool, the one that comes with it is like cheesecloth thin. It was the BEST gift for myself EVER. I will most likely purchase a solar pump next year as additional cost savings. By being able to cool off multiple times during the day we have been able to not use our A/C even tho' it's been over a hundred degrees already this season. We're going to reinforce the ladder since we're kinda old and chubby, but all in all I'm so happy with this purchase. I would recommend it to anyone with a level long thin yard and miserable blazing heat.

Overall good product
First impression was bad as the shipping Co. brought a pretty banged up box, but checking the contents looked good. I finally put it together and it took four hours with help. Found two of the metal tubes with dented ends (probably from the delivery) but it didn't interfere with the assembly. Discarded the ladder, too flimsy, and also replaced the pump and filter with a much better one from Intex. Everything seems good except for a pinhole leak on one side, probably manufacturing defect. I have to go out and buy vinyl cement because the patch kit doesn't bring it

Leveled ground goes a long way.
So far so good, took about 1.5 hrs to setup with two people. Pump is working great. No tears. We laid down pavers under each leg to ensure stability. Took about 4 hrs to fill up with 2 Hoses. Corners do not lock in place, they are made to move. Pool sides align themselves once full.**Update**It will 3 years since we have had the pool in August. The kids still enjoy it, the liner is hard to clean, liquid chlorine is the best no need for tablets. Unfortunately the corner arms are all starting to show signs of rust. I think we could easily get another summer out of it. We live in FL and keep it up all year round, so the rust is expected.

Amazing!
While I don't think the setup was as easy as others have described, overall we are very happy with this pool. It took about 2.5 hours to get it set up and probably about 6-8 hours to fill with water. We are using the filter system that came with the pool and it seems to be working fine, although we may eventually upgrade as others have recommended. The filters need to be changed often - every 10-14 days, depending on use, so it's a good idea to buy extra Type A filters with the pool purchase. We also bought the seat that you can attach to the sides and that has been great.

Easy to set up & works well; not sure about the customer service/support
We were surprised how easy this pool was to set up. We're not very handy, so I expected the worst, but the directions were clear and easy to follow. The hardest part was setting up the filter, especially because one of the hoses had multiple punctures in it. I called In the Swim customer service for a replacement hose, but after being put on hold and transferred multiple times, I never got anywhere. I was told someone would reach out to me via email, but so far, no one has. So, the pool is great, but I can't vouch for the customer service/support.

THE $10 INSULT
The reason(s) I'm giving such a poor rating are as follows....1. Ordered the pool and it took almost 2.5 weeks to get here, when it was supposed to be here in 5-7 business days.2. Opened package when it finally got warm enough to put the pool up and it took longer to set up than 30-90 minutes. Took 3hrs to do it.3. As I'm filling it up there I noticed a hole in it about 2.5ft up on the side. I talk/text AMAZON and they suggest that I either take it down and ship it back to them (at my cost), or they could give me a monetary compensation. THEY INSULT ME AND GAVE ME $10 BACK!! ON A $600 POOL!?!?
