Q: Does anyone notice any effects besides Improved skin quality?

Can't say that I do, as food consumption with balance, I think, goes further; however, the omega-3's are insurance with ample vitamin A and some D to boot. I take itabout 2-3x a week since I eat on a schedule which includes calves liver which has lots of Vitamin A (retinol). (Their omega-3 fish oil is also good and with more EPA/DHA.)
