Even though I wore this mask over sunscreen, my face still got sunburned. Also, the ear loops are a little too thick. They kept coming off my ears.

At first I thought the price for this product is a bit high. After I got, it is really worth it. They have a small and beautiful bag. The mask fits well and can be used to protect from the sun. That is the best item so far I bought from amazon. I highly recommended it.

I like that this one has an elastic that you can keep around your neck. It's good for swimming because there's no chance of it falling off. For driving I prefer the longer mask that covers my neck and has a breathing hole at the nose.

I love this mask! It fits right, has cool colors and it's comfortable to wear. I have sun-sensitive skin and numerous brown spots on my face to prove it. Sunscreen alone was not enough for protection. About a year ago I started wearing UV protection masks for hiking and biking in our Arizona sun. Non quite worked just right for me, until this one. They seemed either too small, too large, or too thin, etc. This is the Goldilocks of face masks and I highly recommend it. I hope they come out with more color options.

EDIT: I was so impressed with this mask which I first bought 7 months ago that our family has ordered 5 of them. That is $125 worth of masks. Unfortunately, I can no longer stand by my 5 star rating and have dropped it to 3. Last week the nose wire broke (which I now see is a common complaint). I contacted Coolibar and all they offered me was 15% off a new one. I did the math, and I have probably worn this particular mast 20-30 times, mostly when exercising. Seems to be a defect in manufacturing for it to already be non-usable (I wear glasses, so need the nose wire to keep my glasses from fogging). I loved it when I first got it, but can no longer recommend... especially at this cost for a product that is less complex than a pair of walmart underwear.I spend a lot of time outdoors in settings where masks are required in certain situations. For instance, coaching soccer and doing trail work. Most of the time masks are not required, but when in close proximity during this time of COVID, I have to have something. I was using surgical masks, but taking them on an off all the time meant I either lost them, or they got dirty in my pocket. I love this mask because I can keep it around my neck when not in use, but pull it up when needed. Similar to a neck gaiter, but without the bulk.It fits pretty high on the face, but the open bottom makes it feel like you aren't suffocating. I have a pretty big beard, so this is a perfect option. Easy to breath through, even when you are exercising. I wear glasses and don't have any problems with fogging due to the wire in the nose bridge.Don't get me wrong, I would not recommend this for medical purposes, but if you have to have a mask while outdoors, this is a great option. In fact, you should know that when you hold it up to the light, you can see small holes through it. I would consider this a "better than nothing" option if you are looking for mask compliance and want something light and easy to put on / take off without losing it.

I like that it’s lightweight, has great sun protection for my face, and that it’s designed to stay in place.

It was made well but difficult to breathe

Im a trail runner in Florida. When I cross the scrub there is no shade. Even the largest hat doesnt cover the half bottom of my face. I have horrible sun spots on my cheeks even though I always wear full sunscreen & large hats.My only issue with this mask is when I have to inhale through my mouth, the mask gets sucked into my mouth. I understand that this product was not specifically designed for running, but maybe you could add something to the nose section that creates more space between your mouth and fabric.Im even considering cutting a horizontal slit along the mouth section so I can breathe better.Great product, just wish you released a sports version.
