Great jack, only 1 minor issue.
The product works great, price was very reasonable. Only negative and why not the 5 star is the little screws that hold the cap to the manual override were stripped upon arrival. Not huge but not pleasing either on new product. I HAVE NOT spoken with company about it yet, they may correct it and send me new screws.

wired incorrectly
Mine came wired incorrectly. The ground wire was wired to the tail lights and the power wire was wired to the ground should have been. My plug on my GMC truck was factory wired. It is correct and coincides with every wiring diagram on the internet. Their plug was wired wrong!! it instantly blew the fuse and IK had to sort it out and rewire it correctly to the auxiliary power prong( which has enough amps to service the jack) and the ground. Now it works correctly.

Works great
Works great! I love that I can use it even if the trailer's battery is dead. Just hook to the tow vehicle.

Have had two and they only worked 1 time
I purchased one of these and it didn’t work right out of the box… I sent it back and received another one I checked it before and installed it and it worked I installed it and it worked once and two weeks later it would not work

Great Trailer Jack
This one has a plug for the towing vehicle to transfer 12 volts to the unit. Easy to install, make sure you have your lights on in your vehicle when you operate it, because it runs off the running lights port from your truck plug.

but super easy to install and use
Replace my old manual job. It's a little slow.. but super easy to install and use.

poor quality control
wired incorrectly, 20amp breaker where wiring goes into the motor was blown, check the wiring 1st before you plug in the 7 way

didn't work
unfortunately I bought this jack at the end of last year, but just got around to putting it on my trailer last night...due to Covid-19 , campsites are now just slowly opening up, so had no desire to install it until now....after the installation , the lights lit up, the jack went up about 1 inch and then it went dead (my trailer weighs less than 2000 lbs.)....turns out it blew a fuse on my truck...easy fix right ? ...nope. I replaced the fuse on my truck and it still wouldn't work...i tried taking the "bubble" off to use the emergency crank, and one of the screws was stripped so that failed... so needless to say i took the jack off the trailer and put the old one back on.... so now its too late to return or exchange ...and I was so excited to finally get to use it. Sigh .................................................... .....EDIT My son took the jack apart....there was a wire loose to the motor .... plus he changed the #4 pin (charge from lights) to the #7 pin on the adapter..it charges the battery so more amps to the jack. I'm not sure if he was able to remove the stripped screw. So I'm excited to get my jack back for next years camping trips

Very cheap...
Sounds super weak like it’s going to break and struggles even with my light 1500 pound trailer! Took forever to figure out how to use it because you have to have your full lights on for it to operate! Had to take the positive lead on the 7 pin adapter and move it to the constant power lead coming from the truck! So weird why they wouldn’t just do this from the factory???

Great Price
I changed the (supplied) 7 way plug wiring to pull power from my Auxiliary Power terminal (direct through a fuse from the battery).Black wire to AUX yellow wire to the Ground terminal in the plug. I really like the idea of using the vehicle battery rather than the trailer battery. Thanks to John H for the tip.

Don’t do it
Not gonna lie I thought that this was going to be the solution to my trailer jacking up woes. Installed it and it literally took 15 mins to Jack up the tongue of my trailer. The lights don’t work and overall don’t think this is worth the money. The motor sounds like it’s about to blow up when it’s under duress and overall not satisfied. I’ll use the accessory crank to crank it manually but a better name brand.
