This is a good product but it is difficult to clean the straw connection and some of the parts that is easy to cumulate bacteria and dirty stuffs in the connections. For the health of the kids, I am very concerned the long time impact to their body. I stop their use unless I can get some suggestions from the manufacturer regarding the dismantle of the parts and how to clean it. May be it is to be used by adults since the resistant to bacteria may be better for adults but still subject to possible diseases from unclean parts in the bottle.

I bought 2 of these bottles and they became fusty within 6 months in places that you are unable to clean. How they can make bottles like this for kids?!I washed them every day and still black mould appeared in spout and rubber bit in straw.These were not cheap to buy and nor really worth it if you have to replace it so often.They are not 100% leakproof either and do leak sometimes.The posiitive thing is that these are quite sturdy. My kids dropped them many many times and they were fine.

I love these and have used them for years for my children . They are actually leak proof and the only times I’ve ever had a problem (picked up straight away when I check by turning it upside down) it’s been my fault for not putting it back together properly. I keep in in the kids beds and also for school. They do not pickup the colour/smell of squash and have survived many drops. Also importantly, when dropped it doesn’t make it leak!).They come apart easily for cleaning and I’ve never had any issues with mould. Well recommended

My 4-year old loved this bottle – and me too. Until its handle broke. Everything the manufacturer promises is true: does not leak, it is fairly easy to wash, it's light weight. But either I was sent a faulty product or they need to improve the quality of the handle.With COVID restrictions, kids have to carry their bottle and food containers in their little hands instead of in a lunch box or a school bag. So the handle was the main reason I purchased this bottle. The bottle was never put in a dishwasher. It was never dropped (thank to its handle), ans yet the handle broke while holding the bottle in a walk to school.Would love to get a refund or replacement for it, since the bottle is practically new!

Unfortunately, we bought 2 of these in different styles and both of them leak when turned upside down. In a backpack for school, the bottles get knocked around and slowly drip water into the children's bags. Also, because the quick release doesn't have a lock on it, the button releases the water straw easily when being knocked around in the bag as well. After a couple of months, there are mold spores in the parts of the plastic bottle that we cannot clean.
