Mythic World: Colour Timeless Legends (World of Colour)

Lovely thick book. Many of the pictures are both pages side by side which is different and a cool feature I haven't seen before. Love the history bit in the back about the mythology.

Great detail. Impressive pictures. I love the descriptions in the back telling you about the myths. Paper is also good quality! I'm going to buy more from the artist.

First off I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews about this book. The clue is kind of in the name of "mythic" kerby is well known for his spin on pictures so I don't know why they're all saying it's a bad book.Every time Kerby releases a book I tell myself this is the best one yet. But this one really is!! The pages quality feel different to the last books, they're more smoother and seem a little thicker. The book is the usual sewn together then the cover glued on spine.The covers for this book feel so luxurious, like I say you can tell some thought has gone into the production of the book, I love that it feels embossed on the back!The pictures are of stunning quality, I brought two so I can have one just to look at!

I love Kerby's work, other than the little doodle characters hidden in pages which I really dont like. This book has none of those, the images are spectacular, and love they all have stories. My hubby also has a copy - he loves it, and it has got him into picking up colouring as a hobby!! By far Kerby's BEST book to date!

The fantastic artwork and creativity you expect from Kerby Rosanes. The only thing I would say is that I wish the paper gsm was more conducive to things like water media or several layers of pencil/blending. I expect this however, so I try to plan my palette accordingly.

Kerby Rosanne is definitely improving and this colouring book is proof of that. I like LOM Art publisher's colouring books because the paper is so good for colour pencils for me. It's thick enough to even try out watercolors as well.The only thing I dislike about this book is the binding (as usual for other Kerby's other colouring books). Dreaming someday that I could buy a spiral-bound version of this same book.

Excellent colouring book with alot of variety of different mythical creatures to colour. The Only downside to this book is some pictures cover two pages so i cant colour the edges and if you wanted to put one in a frame that would be a problem luckily there is only a few pictures on two pages so i really dont mind.
