I usually buy the talc powder, but this works just as well. It keeps odors at bay & helps to keep my feet dry in my shoes. Plus it costs less.

It does do the tricks. Just make sure don’t wear dark mesh material shoes the type has holes because the powder will make it stained. Maybe I am just putting too much powder. I only put it inside my shoes before and after each wear and only for the sneaker. Give it a try!
