This shapewear is thicker than some, almost like a spandex capri but it really holds me in. I like it and ordered my usual size of XL. I ordered some black capris that are almost see through so this will work fine under them. I have a long dress that I also plan to wear this under.

I am 5'6", and weigh 133 lbs. I have no 'love handles', nor am I overweight. I merely have a little tummy 'pooch' I had hoped to flatten while wearing a long, unforgiving, tight-fitting dress made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex.Other than being soft, there is NOTHING I like about this shaper.I found it almost humorous that the description includes the word "seamless", considering it has MORE lines/seams than any other shaper I've ever seen/tried -- as in on EVERY side... as in both the inner and outer portion of my legs, in the front, and a large, rounded section on my butt.Likewise, it failed to flatten my 'pooch.' :(If you plan on wearing it under a thick, ribbed type of fabric, MAYBE it would work, but if you need something to wear under lightweight fabric, keep looking.

I love this shapewear!! It’s so comfortable that I have multiples that I wear every day under my scrubs. As a nurse it’s important to be comfortable but also I like to feel the compression to help with circulation. This is tight enough to feel secure but not uncomfortable at all! The only complaint I would have is that after a few months of consistent use they are as firm hold anymore and are starting to wear down in the elasticity.. otherwise they are perfect and I have bought multiple pairs and will continue to replace them as they wear out as I haven’t found anything more effective that still gives me the freedom and comfort of movement.. also not hard to get on and off/ up and down for those quick potty breaks in between patients!

I bought these based on my measurements. I am 5'3" and 205lbs. and typically wear an XL, but based on measurements bought 3xl. I was hoping they would be a good layering piece but, the seams are visible under my dress pants. I even have the flattest butt of everyone I know and the seams are visible.

I purchased the black ones size large. I'm 5' 5" tall and I weigh 185 lbs. I'm pear shaped (bottom heavy). I like to wear shapers under my work dress pants to smooth out any lumps or creases. The ones I used to buy are no longer made so I got these to try. They are perfect. They come below the knee which is necessary for dress slacks (or you have a bulge right above the knee) and they tighten and smooth. No jiggles and no buldges. Just what I need.
